The SmallRig Advanced V-Mount Battery Mounting System is a versatile power mounting solution designed to add V-mount batteries and other power options to professional camera rigs. Engineered for filmmakers, videographers, and content creators, this modular system enhances rig balance, power management, and shooting flexibility for both handheld and tripod-based setups.
Featuring a 90° rotatable V-mount battery plate, the system allows unobstructed access to camera viewfinders and articulating screens while maintaining convenient battery positioning. The dampened rotation mechanism provides smooth adjustments for optimal rig configuration.
The kit includes an Arca-type quick release plate compatible with DJI RS-series gimbals, enabling fast camera mounting and seamless transitions between handheld rigs, tripods, and gimbal setups. Multiple 1/4″-20 mounting threads on the battery plate allow users to attach additional accessories, battery plates, or power bank holders for customized workflows.
Designed with comfort and adaptability in mind, the adjustable baseplate supports cameras up to 4.37 inches in depth, while the included 15mm rods and enlarged chest pad improve stability and reduce fatigue during extended handheld shooting sessions.
