The Audio-Technica AT-LP3BK is a fully automatic belt-drive stereo turntable designed to deliver high-quality analog playback while offering convenience and ease of use. Featuring a balanced straight tonearm with a ½” mount universal headshell pre-fitted with an AT91R Dual Moving Magnet cartridge (and long-life diamond stylus), the AT-LP3BK gives you reliable, ready-to-play vinyl playback out of the box. With fully automatic Start and Stop functions — just press Start to begin playing, and the tonearm returns and the turntable stops automatically at the end of a record — it’s ideal whether you’re a vinyl beginner or a seasoned listener who wants a hassle-free setup.
Its built-in switchable phono/line pre-amplifier (with attached dual RCA output cable) lets you connect directly to powered speakers or a stereo system — no external phono preamp needed unless you want an upgrade. The turntable chassis is constructed with anti-vibration damping materials, and resonance is further minimized by the die-cast aluminum platter and included rubber mat, ensuring cleaner sound with reduced low-frequency coloration. A removable hinged dust cover and 45 RPM adapter are included for protection and versatility.
