1. Introduction

Welcome to 101-multimedia.com, operated by ONEOONE MULTIMEDIA CO LTD (bearing BRN C12113616 and VAT numbers: 27195721).

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

All products and services displayed on 101-multimedia.com are considered an invitation to make an offer. Your order represents your “offer”, which we may accept or decline.

An order is only considered accepted once it has been:

  • Dispatched for delivery, or
  • Made available for pickup at one of our collection points (101 Multimedia, Port Louis or 101 Home/Studio, Curepipe).

Any emails sent before that stage (such as order or payment confirmation) do not constitute acceptance of your order.

2. Account and Registration

2.1 Generalities

To place an order, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate details. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide true, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your details updated.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately via WhatsApp +230 5253 1101 (usually the fastest).

2.2 Professional / Corporate Accounts

If you are ordering on behalf of a business or professional entity:

You have two options for placing orders:

  • Direct Order (Simplified Route)
    If your company or organization does not require the RFQ process, you may place your order directly on the website.
  • RFQ Process (Formal Route — via Email Only)
    If your company or organization requires a formal process, please send your RFQ by email only to [email protected]

The process will follow these steps:

  1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) via email
  2. Submit Purchase Order (PO)
  3. Receive Proforma Invoice (PI)
  4. Send Proof of Payment (POP)
  5. Await clearance and confirmation

Additional details:

  • Fields such as BRN and VAT number are available when setting up a professional account.
  • If you are VAT-exempt, kindly send your exemption certificate to [email protected]
    with your order reference as the subject line.

⚠️ Important: Do not confuse billing and delivery addresses:

  • Billing address → must belong to the entity for which the receipt and VAT invoice will be issued.
  • Delivery address → should include the contact name and delivery location (e.g. your personal details if you are receiving the parcel).

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Generalities

We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed incorrectly:

  • We may contact you for instructions, or
  • Cancel the order and notify you.

If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled, an agent will contact you to arrange a refund. Refunds are processed within three (3) working days by bank transfer. No cash refunds are issued.

Prices may differ between our website and physical stores. In-store prices are updated immediately since products are on hand, while online prices may take longer to be updated by the webmaster. On rare occasions, this may result in a price difference between store and website.

Prices and availability remain subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Tax Refund

Tax refunds are available to customers holding a foreign passport.

Refund formalities can only be completed in-store at our Port Louis or Curepipe outlets, or online with in-store pickup.

Refund procedures cannot be completed remotely; they must be finalized on the spot at the point of collection or in-store counter.

4. Promo Codes / Discounts

Promo codes and discounts are subject to conditions.

As we have different tiers, if your tier eligibility was not clearly communicated to you, please contact us via our WhatsApp service at +230 5253 1101 (usually the fastest).

5. Delivery and Pickup

Standard delivery takes up to 3 working days.

Large items (e.g. televisions 50”+, pianos, and bulky appliances) may take 5–7 working days and require prior arrangement.

Store pickup is available at:

  • 101 Multimedia, Port Louis (Chaussée Street, Medine Mews Building)
  • 101 Home/Studio, Curepipe (Lislet Geoffroy Street)

5.1 Delivery Hours

Our delivery service operates during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 09:30 – 17:00

Saturday: 09:30 – 15:00

Sunday & Public Holidays: Not operational

⚠️ Deliveries may be rescheduled only once. Any further changes may result in cancellation of the order or additional charges.

5.2 Pickup Hours

Store pickup is available during the opening hours of our outlets:

101 Multimedia, Port Louis

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30

Saturday: 09:30 – 14:30

Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

101 Home/Studio, Curepipe

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 16:30

Saturday: 08:30 – 15:00

Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

⚠️ Important: Please always wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to collect your order.

Orders for pickup are reserved for three (3) working days only. If not collected within this timeframe, the order may be cancelled.

5.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available under the following conditions: Hard cash (prior arrangement required).

Debit/Credit card (our driver will be equipped with a payment terminal).

Bank transfer (driver will confirm payment with our accounts team before releasing the order).

Cheques are not accepted.

⚠️ COD may not be available for high-value purchases or certain special-order products. In such cases, you will be informed before delivery.

6. Cancellations and Quality Checks

6.1 Cancellations by 101 Multimedia

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including (but not limited to):

  • Limited stock or product unavailability.
  • Errors in pricing or product information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Quality issues detected during internal checks.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will notify you and arrange a refund. Refunds are processed within three (3) working days by bank transfer.

6.2 Quality Checks

To ensure a top-quality customer experience, we perform quality checks before dispatch.

If a product fails our check, we may cancel all or part of the order.

In such cases, you will be informed, and a refund or replacement option will be provided depending on availability.

6.3 Cancellations by the Customer

Customers may cancel their order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within three (3) working days by bank transfer. No cash refunds are issued.

7. Fraudulent / Declined Transactions

We take fraud prevention seriously.

Fraudulent use of the website (including misuse of accounts, payment fraud, or false information) will result in cancellation of the order and may lead to account suspension.

We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from individuals or entities involved in fraudulent activity.

We also reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings for any fraudulent or unlawful use of the site.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

All text, images, software, logos, trademarks, and content on this site are owned or licensed by 101-multimedia.com and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

8.1 Permitted Use

You may: Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8.2 Supplier Images & Content

Most product images and content published on our website are:

Provided directly by suppliers,

Sourced from official product websites, or

Shared through official media kits.

As such, we cannot independently verify copyright ownership for all uploaded material.

If you believe your copyrighted content appears on our website:

  • Please email us at [email protected], or

Once we receive substantiated proof, we will promptly review and, if necessary, remove the content.

9. Electronic Communications

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website, orders, or services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
