The UGREEN 80112 (also referenced as CM237/CM327 series) RS232 to RS485/RS422 converter is a rugged, industrial-grade communication bridge engineered for harsh or remote environments. It enables bidirectional conversion between RS232 (DB9) devices and RS485/RS422 multi-drop buses, supporting up to 32 devices on a network. The unit features automatic TX/RX direction control, supports full- and half-duplex modes, and integrates robust surge & lightning protection (±15 kV ESD, 600 W per line) to safeguard equipment in electrically noisy or lightning-prone installations.
