A Dive into 101 Home/Studio

History

As a growing company, space has always been a challenge. 101 Home/Studio was first created as a calm workspace for our team — a place to think, create, and work in flow. But it quickly became more than that.

Today, it feels like a living installation, where products are experienced and brought to life by the people who use and present them. W hile we cannot stock as many items as our main store, we have been intentional about preserving the energy and honesty of the space. It has also become a sweet spot for online order pickups, with easy parking, no rush, and no pressure.

Why 101 Home/Studio?

The name 101 Home/Studio was chosen very intentionally.

We didn’t want it to sound like a store, a showroom, or simply an extension of our main shop. The name reflects what the space is and how it is meant to be used.

101 home/studio Pick-Up?

W hen you place an order on our website, we aim to have it ready the same day or by the next working day.

Once your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive an email titled “Ready for Pick-Up.”

Our team will also send you the same details, including the pin location and working hours, to make your visit smooth and stress-free.

The trading name “101 home/studio” was attributed due to its very special location; In a classic Mauritian house dating back to 1979 — not a traditional commercial space.

The idea was to match the energy and atmosphere of the space itself Both 101 Multimedia and 101 home/studio are operated by ONEOONE MULTIMEDIA CO LTD

The safest option is always to place your order online first (no payment required at this stage), even if you wish to pick up from Curepipe or Port Louis. Kindly await the “Ready for Pick-Up” notification before coming.

Side note: Over the past 10+ years, the catalog of ONEOONE MULTIMEDIA CO LTD has grown significantly, and some items are stored in external warehouses.

Of course! Free on-site parking is available.

Yes! Pets are most welcome in both our stores.

Payment can be made via card or Juice (bank transfer) only.
